Bugs found during webtest fixes

While fixing Event Webtests I found following bugs:
1) Date Picker is not displayed after "Search by Date range" radio button is checked on Manage Event Page.
2) Billing Name is saved as Participant Name while registering for Events (Due to which assertion fails).
3) Removal of Additional profile select box in "Online Contribution" Tab Of Manage Event is not saved after Save Button is clicked.
4) Display of participants are not in order for "Tell a Friend" feature (Eg. If Contact1, Contact2, Contact3 are registered in Tell a Friend, in view activity page it shows as Contact2, Contact1, Contact3). To replicate run Webtest_Event_TellAFriendTest
