            See attached. The field returns no results even though two subtypes for organization already exist.

                The actual issue doesn't replicate on the recent version (I've checked on sandbox too). The Contact Subtype in Batch Update via profile has the correct entry for the subtypelist.

                On the otherhand found an additional issue where contact subtype(s) don't get selected by default on batch profile update screen.
                So here's my PR : https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/3794
