The option to import to Source contact has disappeared from the CiviCRM 4.4.x versions. e.g. on the demo site http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/import/activity
This was present on the 4.3.x versions, e.g. http://old.drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/import/activity
