fieldsets with erroneous fields should be uncollapsed

Scenario: I?m adding a new contact with two locations. I do something not valid (like, say, input non-valid phone number) in one of the second location?s fields.

Currently I get an error, but on the error page the erroneous field is in a collapsed fieldset, so unelss I (a) guess, that I should search the collapsed fields, and (b) find the right one, I have no idea which exactly field has problems.

Note: the same goes for other collapsable fields, like ?another phone? ? if try to add a location with two phone numbers and make a mistake in the second one, the erroneous field should be visible.
