Pending contribution is not updated after recurring contrib. schedule is cancelled.

      Description

      This issue occurs with the payment processors that offer automated recurring contributions. ( I have seen this with Authorize.net and PayPalPro first hand)

      To reproduce the issue:
      1) Click "Create New ... Contribution (Credit Card) " and fill in any amount, any financial type. Be sure to check the box to schedule recurring installments and fill any valid schedule ( ie once a month, etc). Click "Save"

      2) At this point there is a "pending" contribution listed on the "Contribution" tab for the contact, as well as a recurring contribution schedule listed as "pending" as well.

      3) On the row for the "Recurring Contributions" , click the "more" link then click "Cancel"

      4) Choose the "YES" option to notify the payment processor ( ie Send cancellation request to Authorize.net ? )

      5) At this point the "Recurring Contribution" record is correctly listed as "Cancelled".

      6) BUT... the associated contribution is still listed in a "Pending" status. it should have a status of cancelled.
