            Description

            When doing a $0 membership front-end purchase
            4.4: There is no creation of line_item and contribution, but there is a membership created. Do not fix.
            4.5: Add creation of line_item and contribution.
            Upgrade to 4.5: create the contributions and line_items as necessary.
