Multiple forms with same id cause dom collisions

Our form IDs are too generic. For example, every search form (whether for contacts, contributions, participants, etc) has the ID "Search". This means that when they are shown side-by-side in contact summary tabs, the browser doesn't know which one is which, causing random-seeming JS breakage.
