Description
Use this issue to track usability improvements for the Case Type configuration UI.
1. Suppress the work-flow related case activity types from the Activity Types tab 'Add activity type' dropdown (e.g. Change Case Status, Change Case Type etc.). The only exception is 'Follow-up'. These are 'available' for any case via their specific workflows and aren't needed in the Activity Types list. Tim suggested creating a 'blacklist' constant which defines the types to exclude rather than relying on the 'reserved' property (since extensions might define other reserved case activity types).
2. Provide UI to reassign 'Standard Timeline' property to a different Timeline. Assign 'Standard Timeline' property to a timeline automatically if it's the only timeline. (See also: CRM-15166)
3. Consider automatically included some additional commonly used activity types in the Activity Types tab - e.g. Followup, Phone Call, Email ... (See also: CRM-15167)
4. Consider NOT allowing user to delete Open Case activity type from a Standard Timeline. (CRM-15166 - done in 4.5)
