            Description

            Add a drush file to add command line member syncing (I did this for testing but it's pretty generally handy)

            e.g
            drush civicrm-member-role-sync
            drush civicrm-member-role-sync --uid=8',
            drush civicrm-member-role-sync --contact_id=89,
