Description
The 'Receipt - Member Signup and Renewal' receipt has wrong information when we try to Signup for membership using separate method enabled or price set.
To replicate:
1. Configure a Membership page with Separate Payment enabled and Sign-up for Membership with additional amount. The Confirm and ThankYou pages display correct amounts but in mail receipt the Membership fees is not included. I have attached separate-payment.png which shows difference in mail receipt for 4.4 and 4.5.
Note: Options selected for 4.4 & 4.5
General - $100.00
Additional Amount - $200
2. Configure a Membership page with price-set with options as attached in file price-set-options.png. Using select options
Student Membership - $ 50.00
General Membership - 3 Yrs - $ 0.00
Donation - $ 300.00.
The Confirm and ThankYou pages display correct amounts but in mail receipt only total amount is displayed rather than line-items.

General Membership - 3 Yrs - $200.00
Additional Amount - $200
There might be many use case's where the receipt shows wrong line item, I have had got many bugs related to receipt but could not replicate again besides the 2 above. I will post here if i get more.
