            Description

            Any non-"us-ascii" character in the Event RSS feed gets encoded to its html entity. This often causes invalid XML when there are event title/descriptions with accents in them or non-latin scripts such as Cyrillic.

            Exemple, title: "Test accents: é à ç coucou Ну Погоди"
            Becomes:

            <title>Test: é à ç coucou �� �огоди</title>
