include profiles: hidden ID field exposed in Joomla

            in Joomla 3.3 with Civi 4.5b9

            when creating a contribution page, the include profiles screen displays the profile ID field, which should be hidden. this appears to be unique to Joomla 3.3. I've confirmed it on two sites, one of which is a clean sandbox site.
