      Description

I have already reproduced this at: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/

      Steps to reproduce this error:
      1) Create a custom data set that is "Used for" addresses.

      2) Add at least one field to the custom data set of type "Date" and set the date format as "mm/dd" ( I called my field "Start Date" )

      3) Create a contact with a full physical address. Fill in any date as the "Start Date"

      4) Now try to edit the address. The only portion that is shown as editable is just the street address field. City, State, Country, postal code, etc is all missing

While looking at the JavaScript console, there is an error:
Uncaught Extra/unparsed characters found in date: /2014
