DB Syntax Error on saving new mailing component with checked is_default

Highlighted by WebTest_Mailing_AddNewMailingComponentTest::all

Steps to replicate -
1. Go to Administer >> CiviMail >> Headers, Footers, and Automated Messages >> Add mailing components
2. Select the is_default checkbox.
3. Click on save button.
