DB error on adding Mailing Component and selecting default to it.

1. Go to Administer >> CiviMail >> Headers, Footers, and Automated Messages >> Add mailing components
2. Select the is_default checkbox.
3. Click on save button.

DB error is thrown :
UPDATE civicrm_mailing_component SET is_default = 0 WHERE component_type ='Header' AND id <>
