            Description

            Remove limitation in Core on:

            +Submit Credit Card Contribution
            +Submit Credit Card Membership
            +Submit Credit Card Event Registration

            Currently only 1 payment processor can be made available on these backend contribution pages.

            Refactor to what is possible on the Public Contribution [attached example] and Event Registration pages (select a payment method -> then reload the billing block for that new method).
