Facility for "Other amount" within the price set

            Description

            When used a price set for donation and its a mandatory field (to avoid bots), its not possible for facilitate a field for "Other Amount". However its possible, if the amounts are not a mandatory and use a second option as a text field in the price set.

            So, it would be useful to facilitate "other option" within the same price set.
