Event description field not translatable

The description field, when creating or editing an event on a multilingual site, is not translatable. The event title and summary both show the little translate icon to the left of the field, but description does not.

The description can still be translated by changing the whole page into the target language via the language switcher, but that is a nuisance, and likely to confuse users. The field should really be translatable in the same way as the others.

A field does exist in the civicrm_event table in the database for a translated version of this field (description_fr_CA in the case of the particular site I discovered this on, which is a Canadian bilingual site) - it's just a matter of getting the translate icon to appear and work for this field.
