Premium in sample data is misconfigured (has cost but no financial type)

            Description

            Updating contributions with this sample premium causes a fatal error because the premium is mis-configured. It specifies an Actual Cost w/o having a linked Financial Type to track the accounting transactions.

            We are updating the sample data to remove the cost from that sample premium.
