Lock down certain fields on Profiles when used with checksums

            Description

            We have found that the organisation I am in has run into some issues because membership forms have been used when combined with a checksum, we have found some crucial details have been over written, Our proposed fix is if a checksum is being used and properly verified that certain fields such as Name is then set to view only rather than being editable. This would hopefully prevent these issues
