Undefined index: in civicrm_metatag_page_cache_cid_parts_alter()

            Description

            Upon upgrading to ver 4.5 from 4.4.6, I received the following error when viewing site pages.

            Notice: Undefined index: in civicrm_metatag_page_cache_cid_parts_alter() (line 1262 of /var/www/vhosts/sitename/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/civicrm.module).

            For the time being, I have commented out, but unsure how to permanently correct.
