Change selection for contributions and contribution "Net amount"

When updating a payment for an event the "net amount" field on the contribution is not updated, but the contribution total is.

Steps:

i.e. Register a participant by online purchase. Then by admin interface update the selection to a more expensive item. Then record a payment. Note the contribution amount is updated, but the net amount is not.
