Add wysiwyg editor in multilingual popup for fields that need it

On multilingual installation, when using translation icon on fields with wysiwyg editor, the popup display the field for each language but we loose the wysiwyg editor.

For example, in contibution page, try to translate Introductory Message using the multilingual icon...
