Advanced search on active custom relationships also shows expired/disabled relations

When creating an advanced search (or smart group) searching for contacts with an active relation of a custom relation type, contacts with expired and disabled relations are also shown in the search results.

Searching for inactive relations correctly shows the inactive relations (but not the active ones).

The cron job to automatically disable expired relations is enabled; this does not help.
