New activity - Send an Email: Blank "To:" field

      Description

      In a contact, when using "New activity" - "Send an Email" from the Activities tab, the "To:" field remains empty.

      Instead, when I do "Actions" - "Send an Email" everything is fine.

      CiviCRM 4.5 on Drupal.
