Make the Profile drag and drop editor the main Profile edit method

            Description

            Just spoken to Tim about the new drag and drop Profile editor.
            In 4.5. this is currently only available when you edit a profile via a component screen e.g. An Events Online Registration screen.

            The drag and drop Profile editor could also be the one which is used when you create/edit a Profile via the main Profiles screen.
