Unchecking 'Reserved' report doesn't work

            Description

            In Report Settings of any report, if the reserved checkbox is unchecked and "Update Report" button is clicked, the checkbox still remains checked if you click on report settings again.

            Hence, making a report unreserved doesn't seem to work with any report.
