Regression of CRM-15121 - searching on reciprocal relationships

In CiviCRM 4.4, you can search on a reciprocal relationship (e.g. "Spouse Of"), and get both spouses returned in results. In 4.5, you only get the record referred to by contact_id_a.

This can be replicated on the demo server by doing an Advanced Search and selecting "Spouse Of" as the relationship type. You can click on any of the results, see the other contact in the relationship, and confirm they're not in the search results.
