            Following on from

            https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14930

            The BAO should ensure that if it is to create a contribution & net_amount or fee_amount is not set it should calculate them from the total_amount - fee_amount logic.

            Not sure this is required on update - we could retrieve those values & check if total_amount is passed in - but that would only be relevant if amount is being changed & there might be other financial implications so let's leave out of scope
