Missing contact in mass-mailing | Undefined offset

            Description

            After selecting several contacts to send a mass mailing, several of them are missing in the list to receive the mailing.
            The total of the Recipients is wrong.
            instead of 10 contact I have :
            Total Recipients: 0

            There is a warning
            Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in CRM_Mailing_Form_Test->buildQuickForm() (line 165 of /home/photocontact/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/Form/Test.php).
