demo sites have extensions not listed as compatible with releases

The extensions that are enabled on the drupal and wp demo sites and hrmaster and likely elsewhere are not listed as compatible with 4.5. Some are so old they are only listed as compatible with 3.3. Perhaps there are newer versions of the extensions that could be included when rolling these installations, or perhaps they could just be dropped, as appropriate.
