Searches: Selected row checkboxes should be cleared when user selects ts_all radio ("All X records")

      Description

      This is a regression from 4.4. If I've selected one or more rows in search results, and THEN click the 'All N Records' radio button, the rows I selected previously are still checked and highlighted. In 4.4, the checks and highlighting is cleared. I think this is a somewhat non-trivial usability issue.
