Find participant: edit popup sometimes does not include fee block

If you Find Participant w/ just a few characters in name / email field, then click Edit link for a participant row, the feeBlock div does NOT load. If you edit the Search params and now select an Event and search again - when u click edit for the same participant row, the feeBlock div loads properly. The URL is the same for both flows AND in the 1st flow if you open the form in a separate tab it works properly.
