prefix removed from display_name

            Description

            If you have a contact with prefix and/or suffix which shows up on the display name and you click "edit info", "edit demographics" or "edit communication preferences" on the summary and you click save, then prefix and suffix are removed from the display_name.

            Confirmed on http://d44.demo.civicrm.org

            Seems solved in 4.5, but because 4.4 is LTS it is still relevant.
