Sync Joomla Users to Contacts creates Contact with Email as Name, ignores Joomla name field

            Description

            When I run the sync for Users-to-Contacts from Joomla 1.0.11 to CiviCRM 1.6, a contact profile is created with the email address of the user as the Name. The sync seems to be ignoring the actual name in the Joomla tables and is instead pulling in the email twice.
