DataTables refresh broken when CMS doesn't include a copy of jQuery

            There seems to be a bug in the latest version of dataTables where the fnTables function accidentally refers to the (possibly nonexistant) global function jQuery instead of its internal copy. This breaks sites using e.g. Joomla that doesn't have a separate copy of jQuery.
