display bug on the "other activity page"

            Description

            this bug is found on 1.6 Rev 1.6.8217 and on 1.6.8124 (the current demo.civicrm.org/drupal site)

            login into the demo site.
            Select any user with search. Then click the activities tab. Next click on "other activity".

            Now select the activity type. I have added one named "fly fishing" . After selecting the activity type, a string from this new activity configuration is placed on the display outside of the activity type drop down field for the form.
