Images for Premiums Broken

            Description

            Images for premiums are broken:

            • "Upload from my computer" is broken.
            • "Display image and thumbnail from these locations on the web" is broken. In this case after saving, Civi seems to trim the URL. But in any case, I could find now way that using a URL worked, I tried many different variations of absolute and relative paths.

            This was verified on the demo. On 4.5 demo this functionality is broken. On a 4.4.7 site I have, this functionality works.
