civicrm_financial_trxn.trxn_id is not indexed

            Description

            There is an index on civicrm_contribution.trxn_id but no index on the civicrm_financial_trxn.trxn_id

            This seems to me like an oversight rather than design as it makes sense that field would be used in joins
