CiviCRM Menu/Navigation Bar Not Appearing After Upgrade

            Description

            After the upgrade of my CiviCRM site, running on Joomla 3.3.6, from to version 4.5.2, the top menu/navigation bar (that shows Home, Search, etc.) does not appear in FireFox or Chrome. It does appear in Internet Explorer 11.
