Checkbox custom field error of OnBehalf profile on online contribution's confirm page

Steps to replicate :-
1. Create organization subtype say "Provider"
2. Create a custom data group for type “Provider” (or discard step 1 and simply choose type "Organization")
3. Create a checkbox fields in above group
4. Include the above checkbox field in on behalf profile and make it required.

After confirmation page, you should get a required field error, even if you have selected. Or even if the field s not required then the desired data won't get saved. The issue also exist for Honor of profile if you use the custom field for the later instead (repeat the same 4 steps mentioned above, but use 'Individual'/'Contact' type this time).
