Cannot register lifetime membership for someone else [cid=0] if already have lifetime membership

When using a online contribution page and adding "&cid=0" at the end so that the system register the entry under someone else than the login user.

The page will appear by showing all membership subscription but the lifetime one. And the following message will appear in the top of the page: "You have a current Lifetime Membership which does not need to be renewed."

Normally when on a online contribution page with "&cid=0" the system should not consider the login user membership as he is registering the form for an other user.
