CiviMail Bounce Processor has problem processing some emails

Bounce processor can fail if in the inbox is email probably with some features.

It fails with following error and stops processing messages:

Fatal error: Call to a member function __toString() on a non-object in /storage/matrox/instituteofleoxiii.org/crm/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/Event/BAO/Reply.php on line 138

I was able to make it to continue processing of emails, when I removed one special email from the inbox.

I assume the utf-8 encoded Subject or Reply-To headers are the cause, but is is only a guess.
