4.4.9 regression - mailing groups do not load correctly when you re-load the mailing

Due to enotice fix mailings are not correctly loading the groups into the form when you go to edit a mailing This is a 4.4.9 regression and may warrant a 4.4.10 release mid-month but note that nightly builds are available with this fix in it.
