            Description

            An additional backslash is being added to contact name with a single quotation mark (I.E. O'Brien) after sending a request through the CiviCRM api.

            This issue has been reported and marked fixed previously, however, the fix may have regressed. See https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-9677
