Steps :
1) copy the .csv file attached with this issue (it is having all the values needed for carrying out this test)
2) Go to the given link
3) browse and give the .csv file (attached with this issue)
4) complete the remaining procedure
Current behaviour :
Values for IM Screen Name, Supplemental Address 1 and 2 wont get inserted into the database
