Russian provinces' names on Transifex doesn't reflect recent changes

I see Russian provinces names was changes recently (for example, Adygeya, Respublika was renamed to Adygea and so on). But I cannot find (and translate) these new strings in gettext files or on Transifex project, which is listed as a place for the official translation. So, after every upgrade I have to msgunfmt the .mo file, edit .po file manually and then msgfmt it back.

I think gettext files and transifex project should be updated.
