Paypal IPN not working on Wordpress the first time

            Description

            We are having issues with Paypal IPN for recurring contributions on Wordpress. IPN was working fine until we upgraded from 4.4. Now it only works intermittently. The errors are correlated with a fatal error in CRM/Core/Permission/WordPress.php, on line 60 when WPINC and ABSPATH are not defined. The errors seem to appear only the first time Paypal attempts to update a contribution.
