Contact Edit Form spacing can be improved

When the Contact Edit Form has multiple email blocks, there is extra whitespace between the Location Type and On Hold fields due to a hardcoded element widith: 50% in the first column of the containing table. Removing the hardcoded width gets rid of the extra whitespace and makes the form look much better.
