Allow contact sub_type in "New Contact" profile popup

            Description

            Currently it is not possible to specify contact sub_type in the "New Contact" popup because it uses a profile specific to base contact types only. Among other things, this limitation causes the following error on the relationship form:

            • Select a relationship type that is specific to a sub-type
            • Click the "create new" button for the target contact
            • The new contact will be created but they won't have a sub-type
            • Save the relationship and it will fail because the target contact is the wrong type
